Simon Masters, the director of the company started the agency in 2007, having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 5 years with extensive experience in both the community and the industrial sectors. He conducted extensive market research and determined that despite the level of competition within the sector, there was a niche to provide a superior level of professional service that catered to the needs of clients and locums alike.
With his business management experience, Simon was able to rapidly establish robust business systems and provide a high level of service to all.
This has been further strengthened by his father joining the company, who has brought with him 30 years management experience along with him. This has enabled the company to move to higher level of service and commitment to our clients and locums. This has been achieved in investing in specialist technology to provide an enhanced quality and efficiency of service to our clients and locums.
Our client and locum base has rapidly expanded enabling us to quickly compete and surpass a number of major market leaders and obtain preferred agency status with two major multiples pharmacy chains and a number of other medium sized companies.
The vision for the future is to become the leading community pharmacy locum agency in the UK.
